Good news, Pentax just released firmware upgrades for Pentax K-7 and K-x digital SLR, just like the recent upgrades of the K-5, K-r and 645D camera, they extend support to SDXC memory cards offering the format’s greater capacity but not speed. Pentax also noted transfer rates wouldn’t hit UHS.
The K-7 camera also gets increased video editing functions in playback mode, as well as improved image sharpening settings.
This time the upgrades are very useful, huh?
Now the upgrades, Version 1.11 for the K-7 and v1.02 for the K-x are available for immediate download from the company’s website. Check Pentax K-7 and K-x to download.
